If you have to define and describe Vietnamese
food in dishes, Vietnamese spring rolls and Hanoi beef soup, called Pho, stand
as symbols of culinary quintessential food of Vietnam. There are rolls of
China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia but this is different because it is made
with rice paper, the only other paper using corn or wheat. Therefore, the

Ingredients:
1 carrot
3 gm of
Chinese mushrooms (tree-ear type)
5 gm of
cellophane noodles
400 gm minced
